New, nice location. Service somewhat questionable, almost throwing the dishes on the table.
We felt that sense of anxiety towards the end when they came by with the trolley to remove the dirty dishes. Large and tasteless rolls. Little choice, some pieces seemed to have been collected as if they were leftovers...
Lunch certainly had a limited menu.
Let's say nothing special compared to other all you can eat.
Beautiful location, clean, new and very large, with an internal room and also an external room closed by glass and a very nice resealable cover. Large internal car park, which with the rain we had, it was really perfect for us to be able to park a step away from the entrance. Good service, we called to ask if there was the possibility of having lunch 30 minutes before the end of service time, we had a really good lunch and without anyone making us anxious even though we knew we would be the last table to leave. Lunch had a small menu, but still had various choices and the ones we chose were really good.
Not at all satisfied with the experience in this place, I am very experienced in the field of sushi, Japanese/Chinese restaurants and I have tried several throughout Italy, but this place is a mistake from start to finish.
Starting from the fact that the service was quite unnerving, given that the waiters often cursed and banged things around.
The sashimi wasn't even cut properly as it was all stuck together and some of the rolls seemed to be thrown straight onto the plate for no reason.
The two stars are for the willingness to provide extra sauces requested by me and the kindness in providing clarifications.
Food is the sore point of this place; the rice on the rolls was very heavy and mushy making the rolls difficult to take and even eat, the latter were almost all tasteless, the pork arrived almost raw, the sweet and sour prawns were tasteless, the soy noodles were inedible (which was embarrassing for a place that is supposed to deal with Chinese cuisine), almost all the food seemed frozen, which doesn't make sense.
Surely all this is due to the fact that the place was full and that I ate the all-you-can-eat lunch menu, but such low quality cannot be justified.
The environment is nice and welcoming, aesthetically pleasing, the only flaw was the broken sink handle in the bathroom.
I conclude by saying that I don't feel like recommending this place, given that in Puglia we definitely have places of a much higher level! :D
All in all a nice experience. Very nice and welcoming environment. As for the dishes, I wasn't crazy about all of them, but overall (being an all-you-can-eat formula), it's okay. Convenient location and with ample internal parking, we'll be back π£
I must say that the raw material felt like the product, but I don't accept limiting the dishes when there is only one person.
I don't give more than two stars because the place has potential, especially if you put tablets instead of having the waiter take the order every time so that the service becomes slow, boring and inattentive, the location is not strategic at all.
The service was terrible, the waiters made mistakes in bringing the dishes and every single time the owner came to take them away or something..
The hours are not good, the restaurant only opens at 7:30 p.m. the doors are closed, we have to open them and then go see the waiters.
The products are not qualitative and moreover, barely ordered we had the makis but then hot and not fresh we would have said that they were no longer fresh and that they had been manufactured for 4/5 days. Even the cooking of the duck was a failure, much overcooked which made the duck very tough...
Frankly, a very disappointing evening, even the menu is not interesting, I think it's expensive for nothing.
Only the decor of the restaurant is nice but the rest is bad.
